Nick Todaro is the founding member of The Todaro Law Firm, PLLC, which began operating in January 2022. Before Nick started his own law firm, he worked as an associate attorney from October 2006 through December 2014 at Brockett & McNeel, LLP in Midland, where he focused primarily on Family Law and Criminal Law. In January 2015, Nick became a partner at Brockett & McNeel, LLP, where he remained a partner primarily handling family and criminal cases, through the end of 2021.

Nick was born in Dallas, Texas, where he lived until he moved to Midland in July 1999. Nick graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a B.A. in Government and later graduated from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law.

Nick has practiced law for over 25 years and has made Midland home for over 20 years. He has a wife and three children, along with two grandchildren, all of whom live in Midland.
